Dal Fry

Ingredients:-

Toor dal - 1 cup
Sliced onion - 1
Sliced Tomato -1/2
Green chilly or Red chilly - 2 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - a few
Salt - to taste
Oil - as needed
Coriander leaves- 2 tsp.

Method:-

Pressure cook toor dal by adding water and little Curry leaves.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds into it. Allow it to splutter.
Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, crushed chilly, turmeric powder and curry leaves and sauté till onions turn translucent.
Add tomato slices and sauté for a while .Stir in cooked dal and necessary water and allow it to boil and turn the heat off.
Add coriander leaves.Serve with chapattis ,rice, and nan

ദാല്‍ ഫ്രൈ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയട്ട്‌‌ അങ്ങട്‌‌ ശരിയാകുന്നില്ല. പാചകകുറിപ്പിലാണോ അതോ എന്റെ പാചകത്തിനാണോ കുഴപ്പം...?
ഒന്നില്‍ പിഴച്ചാല്‍ മൂന്ന്‌‌ അല്ല പിന്നെ.....
